DRIP BAGS 5x12g

Here's a truly excellent alternative to instant coffee. A great product for hikers and campers, air travellers, hotel guests, or anyone who simply loves good coffee and appreciates convenience: drip bags. With these, you can brew a delicious, high-quality cup of coffee quickly and effortlessly. All you need is hot water, a mug, and a few minutes.

Each pack contains 5 individually wrapped drip bags of your chosen coffee:

• Siko - Ethiopia, washed
• Bombe - Ethiopia, anaerobic natural

How to brew:

• Open the packet and tear open the top of the drip bag inside
• Spread the bag open and hang it over your mug
• Pour 30 g of water at around 94°C over the coffee and let it bloom for 30 seconds
• At 0:30, pour another 70 g (up to 100 g total) in a fairly brisk pour
• Wait. At 1:10, pour another 60 g (up to 160 g total), again briskly
• Let it drain and enjoy

Tips:

• Use a slightly larger mug or jug so the bottom of the bag doesn't sit in the coffee as it drains
• Add more or less water to adjust the strength to your taste
• Gently squeeze and shake the bag before pouring to even out the coffee bed
