LAS NUBES, COLOMBIA - FILTER COFFEE

A fresh new Colombian coffee has arrived – Las Nubes from Huila, Colombia. Fruit-forward yet soft and balanced, this is exactly what you’d expect from a high-quality Colombian coffee! In the cup, you may find notes of mandarin and cola, with a lingering finish of dark sugar. A true delicacy.

Las Nubes coffee comes from the farm of Erika Mayerly Perez, located in the village of Alto de las Águilas in Gigante, Huila, Colombia. Erika is a first-generation coffee producer who established Finca Las Nubes in 2024. Of the farm’s 14 hectares, 12 are dedicated to coffee cultivation, with 60,000 Castillo and Colombia variety coffee trees growing at an altitude of 1,600 meters above sea level.

Erika is a member of the local cooperative Coocentral, which supports small-scale producers in the region. She is actively developing her farm and plans to invest in new processing equipment to improve both the quality and efficiency of her production. This is our first year buying Erika’s coffee, but we hope to continue the partnership and enjoy her outstanding coffees for years to come!
