Our head roaster, Silja, visited in Huehuetenango area during the harvest season in February. Now the first coffees has arrived to Europe, and we are excited to start roasting these beautiful coffees to all you!
Back in the early 1940’s Eduardo’s grandfather purchased a plot of land in the deep mountains in Huehuetenango. This is where Edy, and his brother’s work and stay united as family. Now they have mostly Bourbon and Caturra varietals as they have found these to be the best for the soil, altitude and climate. Providing them with a good production as well as a great quality cup. We have been buying coffee from Los Robles couple years now, and we are very pleased with Edy's coffee.
We roast and ship the coffees from Tuesday to Thursday. Please give your order by Tuesday to get your coffee shipped on the same week.
