The farm is called ‘Los Mangalitos’ because of its location in the upper part of the Los Mangalitos village in San Antonio Huisa. This is a region where the native Mam language predominates.

Romulo is the first generation of coffee producers on this land. He worked hard to save money so to buy this plot. And even though it is not a big farm, he feels happy with the results so far as the quality of coffee has proven to be very good. 

We roast and ship the coffee beans on Wednesdays.
