La Montana is the name of Daniela’s biggest farm. Daniela is a 25 year old young lady, who studied Engineering and came back to her family farm to take over their wet and dry mill operation. The Gutierrez family have been preparing specialty coffee for over 9 years, they have 4 different farms that they divided in different micro lots one of them is La Haciendita. They process mostly fully washed but also some honeys and small amounts of naturals. La Haciendita is a very well processed washed coffee, with some great structure, acidity and stone fruit.
We roast and ship the coffees on Wednesdays.
