EL MERIDIANO COLOMBIA - ESPRESSO / BOLDER FILTER COFFEE

This Colombian El Meridiano coffee, roasted for espresso, is rich and smooth. In terms of flavor, you can find hints of orange, red berries, and toffee.

This coffee comes from the village of Herrera in the Tolima region. It's cultivated by 58 small-scale producers in the area. The average size of the farms is only 4.5 hectares, but that doesn't mean the quality isn't excellent. In fact, the farmers focus on producing high quality on their farms, which is evident in the taste of the cup. The farms are situated in an area with various microclimates, allowing for coffee harvesting almost year-round.
